The front desk staff were very accommodating and placed me in a new room, but there was no apology for the inconvenience or a "We'll have housekeeping check on that right away" kind of reaction. No towels in the fitness room, no water in the cooler. Carpet in my room was not very clean. Bathroom was not very clean. Not sure how this place got such a high rating from guests, but I won't be staying here again. AND I paid $160 for the room - insult to injury."

"The rooms were spacious with black.out curtains. Beds and pillows were comfy. The only thing I can complain about was the breakfast. I expected a little more, but it wasn't awful. I thought it would include biscuits and gravy. Very minor issue. I would definitely stay there again."

"The only way to check in was via video kiosk. There were no staff present in the building and would not be until morning. Half of the building is boarded up. The floor in the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bedding did not appear to have been changed. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The fountain in the lobby had no water. There were hair balls in the hallways. The building and parking lot are not being maintained. Peeling paint, broken up concrete in the parking lot. I'm not kidding about any of this. I took a look around and did not stay at the property."
