Communication with owner was quick and easy. We appreciated the extra towels we requested! Thank you. A couple of thoughts, though. We could only find a partial roll of TP … not enough for 2 people for 3 days. A grab bar in the shower would be a nice safety feature, as would a rail on the back step. The host is amazing, great communication, very kind and friendly. Host checked in prior to our scheduled stay to give the information that we needed and make sure that we were comfortable. I am local and live in a neighborhood nearby and can fully confirm that this is a really great neighborhood - one that I would even personally move to. Neighbors Nextdoor were quiet and friendly. Cute back yard space too. The listing was even lovelier and homey to me in person, stocked with all of the goods that we could have needed.
