"We stayed overnight to do sight-seeing in Concordia. The room was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The property overall was clean and well maintained although a bit older. Our room was clean and the beds comfy. Location was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

It's a family owned hotel, older building, very vintage, nothing fancy but the rooms and sheets were clean and comfy and that is truly all we needed. All necessary amenities provided. The price was excellent. Minneapolis, KS felt like a quiet small farm town community and very safe."

"Typical Kansas farmstead, but house was recently remodeled and done very well. Very country setting in the open plains. Grew up in the general area on a similar farm and loved the setting. Saw deer, pheasant and foxes on our stay. "

We only explored a small amount of the property but it was lovely and if we had more time would have enjoyed it more. Very clean. Plenty of room. Good communication with owner.
