Les Balcons d'Aurea is a recently built residence, mainly in wood. It is perfectly located at the bottom of the slopes and 100 meters away from the skilifts to l'Alpe d'Huez. Closest shops are 200 meters away.  
 Apartments all come with a balcony or a terrace. After a day skiing, you'll enjoy the wellness center with its heated pool, sauna, hammam and fitness devices. Surface area : about 44 m². Living room with pull-out sofa. Cabin with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom with double bed. Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine (capsules), toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 2 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom. Separated WC. Balcony OR Terrace. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
