You will be charmed by its careful decoration and its large volumes, perfect for family or friends holidays. The villa is located less than 2 km from the village centre and local shops, not far from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence. The village of Aureille Aureille is an authentic Provençal village, preserved from mass tourism. The inhabitants, renowned for their good mood, their warm welcome and their solidarity, make this place a welcoming destination. You will find all essential shops there: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurants, grocery stores. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are in Eyguières (7 km). Landscapes and activities The surrounding landscapes perfectly reflect the region: Alpilles hills stretching as far as the eye can see, limestone rocks dominated by the Opies (496 m altitude), century-old olive groves extending to Mouriès, the European capital of olive oil. Belle maison, recement renovee, tres grande cuisine fonctionelle, bonne qualite de literie. Region magnifique. Nous avons par contre eu des difficultes de communications avec l agence qui s'occupe de la maison: checkin tres peu flexible sur l heure (avant 18h sinon surcharge de 20 euros!!), alors que nous etions bloques dans les embouteillages, l alarme de la maison que l agent de savait pas desactiver en arrivant, 3 coupures d electrictes pendat le sejour avec aucun contact d'urgence, on a passe plus de 14h sans electricte et sans clim, au check-out l'equipe est arrivee avec 1H30 de retard alors que nous avions un avion a prendre pour rentrer aux Etats Unis. Une prestation ou tout nous est facture (jusqu'a des taches sur des draps que nous n'avons pas comises) qui nous semble en decalage avec le tarif du bien et le type de prestation que l'on a d'habitude dans cette gamme de prix. Agence pas adaptee aux clients internationaux comme nous, qui ne communiquent que par telephone fixe. Proprietaire tres gentils par contre qui sont venus checker le piscine. ##### Marion D. Sep 23, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Superbe villa très bien équipée Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette villa très bien équipée (machine à laver, plancha, four à pizza, hamac, télévisions, etc), joliment aménagée et décorée. La cuisine est vraiment bien équipée et l'îlot central la rend très conviviale. Nous étions avec deux bébés (dommage qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule chaise haute et un lit bébé mais nous étions prévenus donc nous avons anticipé), les chambres étaient bien insonorisées (ils n'ont dérangé personne) et la piscine était sécurisée par alarme. La piscine est également chauffée et bien entretenue. Les abords de la piscine et la terrasse sont super agréables, le jardin est spacieux et ombragé, l'espace parking permet de garer au moins 4 voitures et une fois le portail fermé on peut laisser les enfants gambader en toute sécurité. La porte d'entrée de la maison est très difficile à ouvrir (serrure défectueuse) mais nous avons prévenu le propriétaire. La localisation de la maison permet de visiter facilement Arles, Les Baux de Provence et Avignon, de flâner dans les marchés et petits villages d'Aureille, Eygalière ou Eguyères ou de randonner dans les Alpille. La communication avec l'agence n'était pas tout à fait fluide (réponses différentes en fonction de l'interlocuteur), mais finalement tout s'est bien passé. S'il faut pointer un seul bémol dans la maison, il s'agit de la chambre vitrée en mezzanine qui mériterait un rideau occultant pour la luminosité et l'intimité. Équipement de haute qualité dans la cuisine, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur tout ce dont on a besoin et bien plus encore. La proximité d'Aureille où il y a une boucherie (notre propriétaire - Paté de Campagne fortement recommandé), une boulangerie, une épicerie de haute qualité et un bar est à environ 5 minutes en vélo. Supermarché à environ 6 km de distance. La situation est parfaite. Des excursions en voiture en forme d'étoile sont possibles jusqu'à 50 min. de route pour découvrir la Provence au mieux. Nous avons eu 2 semaines pour cela. L'accueil de l'agence et de Stéphane, le propriétaire, a été impeccable et seuls les petits problèmes ont été résolus immédiatement. Très beau jardin, piscine chauffée, protégée et entourée de suffisamment de transats + grande terrasse. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres sont un vrai plus. Seul petit "défaut", la chambre en mezzanine n'est pas fermée et n'est donc pas isolée du bruit du salon. La localisation est top pour visiter les environs. De magnifiques villages à proximité et même Marseille n'est qu'à 1h de route. Disponibilité de la personne de contact en cas de questions. ##### Xavier N.
