The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming seaside flat for rent in Ault, with a beautiful sea view, a surface area of 95 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200)  
\- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)  
\- A bathroom with shower and WC  
\- A separate WC  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron, stone grill, etc.  
  
Outside:  
\- Three balconies of around 3m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days. The south-facing aspect allows you to enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea and the cliffs of Ault.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Ault, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.  
  
Activities:  
\- Explore the cliffs and coastal paths of Ault on beautiful hikes.  
\- Discover the unique wildlife and landscapes by visiting the Baie de Somme.  
\- Experience the thrill of sand yachting on Onival beach in Ault.  
\- Explore the village of Ault to admire its maritime heritage and panoramic views.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, there are several free public car parks available within a 5-minute walk.  
  
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:  
\- Nearest station: Le Tréport - Mer-les-Bains, 15 minutes away by car  
\- Nearest airport: Paris-Beauvais, 1.5 hours away by car
