Spacious and Luxurious Home

This ranch home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and extra bonus room with a full size bed, game room, kitchen, laundry room, and dining room. With a total of 8 beds, this home is 3,500 sq ft and can accommodate a large family. Great entertainments with a pool table, two 60" smart TV, and two sets of sofa in the game room. Besides that, this house provides an outdoor ping pong table under the patio in the backyard. The location of this home is in a safe, quiet, and kids friendly neighborhood. Big backyard includes a private pond view and a creek that separates the house from the national golf course and the Augusta country club.

Very convenient within 7 minutes to bars, restaurants, museums and cinemas in the city of Augusta. This home is located in the heart of Augusta, Georgia. It is directly adjacent to the Augusta National Golf Course and in very close proximity to the Augusta Country Club, Augusta University, Medical School and Dental School, and the Historic Downtown Augusta. Walking distance to Augusta National Gold Course and Augusta Country Club.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Quiet hours start at 10PM and no parties of any type are allowed at the property.

  • Home of Freeman Walker, outstanding citizen of early Georgia. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. He reserved one acre as a family burial ground, known as the Walker Cemetery. He was the father of Maj. Gen. W. H. T. Walker, CSA. His speech on the Missouri Compromise attracted nation-wide attention. He died in 1827 and is buried in the Walker Cemetery.

My family and I spent Christmas here, the property had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, etc for us. The house had lots things for us to have fun, inside and outside but the main attraction was the pool table. Plenty of room to stretch out without us being crowded. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and is close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house was definitely a hit with my family and friends. Totally recommend this property as it is beautiful and updated.

Comfortable and Spacious

This property was perfect for visiting our daught going through Army Initial Training. It's located close to Fort Gordon, which made it convenient to pickup and drop off at the allotted times she could leave the base. Very spacious for inviting other family members, which gave everyone their privacy. Large grassed backyard gave the grand kids plenty of run and play time to tire themselves out. The ping pong and pool table was a nice touch that kept the grown -ups entertained for lots of family fun. All was located in a very quiet, family oriented neighborhood which was great for sleeping at night.
