You’ll be only a short drive away from the course, historic downtown Augusta, the Augusta Riverwalk, downtown Evans, GA, or North Augusta, SC. You’ll be within walking distance of 8595 Restaurant & Bar and South Six Rooftop Bar at the historic Partridge Inn, Beck’s, a top-rated oyster bar, or Buona Caffe, the BEST local coffee shop (make sure to try the ham and cheese roll!).

This home has two queen bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, plus a bonus room complete with comfy couch, television, and exercise equipment. While the comfy couch is not a true sleeper sofa, it is incredibly comfortable to sleep on in a pinch! There is also a roll-out twin bed available upon request (pictured in the last photo of Bedroom 3). Each queen bedroom comes with drawer space and a rack to hang clothing. You’ll have access to the living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, and back patio complete with outdoor seating. There is also free parking on the premises for up to two cars.
