We know you’ll love our house! Just Renovated and decorated for maximum enjoyment and comfort.   
  
New 85 inch Roku 4k TV in living room. Brand new furniture, beds, mattresses, etc.  
  
Relax in the completely private backyard with Pool and large deck in back that has covered and non covered area.   
  
2 Master suites with king beds. 1 room with twin beds, 1 room with King Bed  
  
We are super hosts and would love to help in any way we can.  
  
No parties.  
  
No guests not on list without permission.  
Must be quiet after 10pm to respect neighbors.  
Be safe around pool and Treat pool with care and don’t run around pool area.  
  
No smoking anywhere on the property including all indoor and outdoor areas.
