"We paid $20pp to use the hotel shuttle.. they failed to mention the amount/number of these they were selling. By the time we got on the bus to be taken back to the hotel we could’ve walked. Others were calling Ubers to come get them after already paying for the shuttle, due to wait time. Stood in an extremely long like for the better part of an hour after the concert."

"The TV in my room needed replacement; the screen has a couple blank stripes running vertically thru the center. The shower water temperature was virtually impossible to regulate; it was either scalding hot or essentially no flow or pressure. The breakfast food offerings were very limited and the sausage ran out Thursday morning before 8am, and was almost out Wednesday by 8am. The eggs were of okay quality, and I appreciate having yogurt selections."
