The fully fenced backyard offers a safe haven for kids to play, while you soak up the sun or enjoy alfresco dining on the spacious deck. Just a few doors down, a safe walkway leads directly to the beach—no streets to cross, just a quick stroll to the sand and sea.  
  
Cedar-clad and set on a generous section, The Weekender is designed for simplicity and relaxation. The sunny, open-plan living area flows seamlessly to the north-facing deck, while inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, a tidy bathroom and a separate toilet.  
  
Effortlessly transition from beach to relaxation with an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and easy access to the full laundry for all your convenience.
