Welcome to our picturesque villa in Manukau Heads, where comfort meets breathtaking scenery! This spacious property is perfect for families and groups, offering a blend of relaxation and entertainment.

About the Property: The ground floor features a large rumpus room equipped with a queen bed and a fold-out couch, ideal for extra guests. You'll also find a cozy double bedroom, along with a convenient laundry/shower area and a separate powder room.

Upstairs, the open-plan family living and kitchen areas are designed for entertaining, all leading to an elevated deck that boasts stunning water views. Me and my family had an amazing stay was very tidy and spacious. Also awesome place for your family and kids to swim would recommend anyone to stay at this beautifuly presented beach front home. Host was great thank you very much 🙏 will definitely be back for another stay.

The beach side location provides a picturous view from the living room areas with easy access to the beach. The house is properly equipped to ensure a relaxed and convenient stay. Will definitely return, should we visit this area again.

Overall stay was fantastic - beautiful house in a beautiful location. BBQ gas bottle was empty when we arrived and Laurence provided a full new gas bottle the next morning which was super quick. Will be back again!

This property was perfect for our family Christmas, bonus added extras were the outside hot shower & the beautiful spa pool, the fancy fridge & the peaceful area with a stunning view, thank you for allowing us to take our dogs too, would differently go back Maybe just check the deck bottom step as was alittle dodgy

Awesome location close to the beach, kids enjoyed playgrounds and of course walking along the beach. Perfect set-up for pre-wedding whānau get together on Friday 24 March, for all the enjoy, meet for the first time wedding party and share kai & korero together! Tumeke!

Had a great time with my friends at this property. When we arrived some of the beds haven’t been made by the cleaners. I contacted the owner and she came over to tidy everything up for us. Super friendly! Recommend

Queens Birthday Family Gathering for Annual Grunter Hunter Competition

House is well equipped. and has newish modern appliances. Only item I couldn't find was a hairdryer. Location on the waterfront is stunning. Beautiful water views and lovely sun rises. We enjoyed our walks along sandy beach, There was a boat ramp nearby, it was wonderful we could bring our two dogs. Definitely a place to return to.

Never got to there but still got charged for it

Cyclone Gabriella made us cut our trip short and we never arrived at this property, so why are they asking for a review?? AND we had to pay for it. I’ll never book through VRBO again
