### Extravagant Escape - Sebel

This stunning one bedroom apartment is the edge of the Viaduct Marina where you will catch all the action. You\`ll love the vibrant atmosphere that entertains below, with the endless array of bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The size of this one bedroom property is truly unique for its location!  
  
Please be aware, this property is subject to experiencing noise during the weekends given its location. But if you are looking for a change of scenery.. this one is has your name on it!  
  
The property is perfect if you need to host a business meeting due to the size of the dining table or need to set up for work while being right in the middle of the action. This property is ideal for additional guests as the bathroom has two access points, one from the bedroom and the second access point from the other side. The open-plan living allows for a spacious environment, and you even have a view from your kitchen! The bedroom has its own balcony, and the main balcony is accessible from the lounge and bedroom.  
  
24/7 check-in via a lock box, guest meet and greets will be available again in 2023.  
To complete your booking, the head guest must provide photo ID verification (20+ only, matching booking name), agree to house rules, and pay the security deposit before property access is granted.
