The location is perfect for wandering to Ponsonby Road or even downtown and is set on a quiet residential street with ample parking. The management company was helpful and we had good communication during our stay about check in/out and any questions we had. The house had all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable trip- washer, dryer, dryer rack, dishwasher, stove, fridge etc. The property was clean and well maintained and spacious enough for our our older teen boys who enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and popping out for food and shopping. The sushi restaurants and ice cream parlors were a hit and all within a 5 minute walk.
