The space: Spread out and enjoy yourself in this bright and stylish 2 bedroom apartment with the use of the entire space. Situated in the heart of Mission Bay and 50 metres from the sand you have everything at your door step. The Super Market (New World at East Ridge Shopping Centre) is only 1.5 km away and open for online orders too, or purchase your daily needs from the open convenience store across the street. Kitchen: Our kitchen has everything you need; coffee machine, cooktop & oven, cooking utensils, kettle, full fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave. Furthermore our cleaning fee includes the restocking of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, conditioner, coffee etc. The sheets and towels that we use are commercial high quality hotel standard linens which is guaranteed to be clean, sanitised, fresh and pressed. If, upon arrival, something isn’t up to your standard, we are available 7 days a week until 10pm and will go above and beyond to ensure your apartment is sparkling clean. Left Luggage: Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3 pm. Fire and Evacuation Procedures: Please refer to the procedures on the front of the building manual. Truvi: To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our guests and property owners, we partner with Truvi for a quick and seamless guest verification process. You will be asked to pay a small damage waiver via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in. About half way between the wedding ceremony & reception venues. We found the car park quite tight especially when there were a couple of big vehicles parked. The dining table was a bit high ( bar stools) for us. My 80 year old mother stood to eat breakfast. It was great having a choice of at least 3 ice cream shops 5 minutes walk away.
