Less than a 10min walk to Matheson Bay beach. 10-15mins drive to the local Matakana village, Goats Island reserve. Omaha and Tawharanui nearby.

Excellent communication with host. Easy walk to the beach and the kitchen was well equipped. Very pleasant to hear all the different birds in the morning. Thank you.
