Well, the hotel made a mistake in our booking and though I had paid for a two night stay, they insisted that we were only there for one day. This caused a major issue where they forced my daughter to get out of the room by 1 pm on the second day. Well after much fighting with the hotel that took up 2.5 hours of our time, they finally gave my daughter another room. This behavior by the hotel staff was totally Un-Acceptable. This behavior border on harassment and intimidation, Not Good.

Estuvo muy bien todo. Lo único que me dieron un cuarto al lado del elevador y todo se oía. Cada persona que hablaba en hallway yo lo escuchaba, todo el escándalo. Otra cosa es que te cobran por el uso de la piscina que es algo que no te indican a la hora de la compra de la estadía. También te cobran un fee al final de la estadía por cada día que te quedas que tampoco que te lo dicen. Me he quedado en varios hoteles y no fue de gran asombro. Hacen dos años me quedé en otro cerca de esa área me salió más económico y hasta juegos en el casino me dieron gratis. Para mí solo es el nombre. En cuanto a la comida de Hell Kitchen me decepcionó. Pero seguiré intentando en otros hoteles cerca del área y al final daré mi opinión sobre cada uno. Gracias.
