Atlantic City Convention Center Tours and Activities

We enjoyed out stay at the Chalfonte Hotel. Staff was very friendly and it was a very comfortable stay. Loved having breakfast on the porch and hope to visit again in the future.

Big beautiful property! However, unfortunately the customer service needs major improvements! Check-in time is 4:00 pm, room was not ready till 5:15 pm. Staff didn’t care much about being behind, they said it was out of their control. They did not give anything to compensate for the room not being ready. We asked about a late check out and they advised we had to be out by 11:00 am. Many guests were waiting to speak to a manager about the same issue, a manager was no where to be found!
