The Parkside Boarding House offers three private apartments under one roof — two spacious 2-bedroom townhouses and one cozy 1-bedroom garden flat — sleeping up to 14 guests in total.  
  
This mid-century building has a story to tell. Built in the 1950s, it began as a boarding house for travelers, students, and artists seeking a clean and welcoming place to stay near Piedmont Park. In the 70s and 80s, as Midtown blossomed into the cultural and LGBTQ+ heart of the Deep South, 1773 Monroe became a gathering spot for visitors who wanted to be close to the action yet still feel at home.
