It has a rich history, originally built by and for the builder of the neighborhood who lived here first. A wedding ceremony was once performed on the interior staircase. Comcast commercials have been filmed here. It served as a boarding house for a time during the depression. And most notably, the Rich’s department store family (who later sold to Macy’s) lived here. Our family also lived here for eleven enjoyable years. Very close to great restaurants and coffee shops, etc. The house itself was clean and accommodating. There is literally a tv in every room! There were plenty of places to sleep and everyone said the beds felt great. It was cold and rainy so we didn't get to experience the back yard. If I had to find a negative-but it wasn't a big deal at all - the driveway was a little hard to find and maneuver. Seriously though, it almost felt like we were staying in a house from a movie.
