We kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet or planning to check out after 10:00 AM so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

If you fail to inform us about bringing a pet before your reservation, or if you bring pets other than dogs, and evidence of a pet is found, you will be charged $175 instead of the standard $100 pet fee.
Only dogs are allowed.

Cleaning Fee Policy

To ensure the space is professionally cleaned and prepared for every guest, a one-time cleaning fee of $180 per stay applies. This fee covers thorough cleaning and sanitation before your arrival.

Note: Additional Cleaning fee will be request once we found out that property is not in good condition when guest check out.


Check-Out Policy

All guests must check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been requested, approved by the host, and paid for in advance.
If any guest remains in the property after 10:00 AM without approval:
• A $200 fee will apply for the first hour (10:00 AM to 11:00 AM)
• After 11:00 AM, an additional $100 per hour will be charged

Late Check-Out Option

Late check-out:
• Must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance
• Costs $40
• Extends check-out until 12:30 PM

If guests stay beyond 12:30 PM with an approved late check-out:
• A $200 fee will apply starting at 1:30 PM
• An additional $100 per hour will be charged after that

House Rules
• No parties or events allowed
• No smoking allowed
• Suitable for toddlers and children under 12
• No unregistered guests allowed

Please note: A $200 fee will apply for each additional guest beyond the number included in the reservation.

Guests are also expected to follow these house rules:
• Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms
• Respect check-in and check-out times
• Take extra care of the keys; lost keys will incur a replacement fee
• Take care of the furnishings; guests are responsible for any damages exceeding the security deposit

• Do not rearrange the furniture
• Wash your dishes
• Take out the trash before departure
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises

Parking Rules
To ensure smooth access and convenience for all guests and residents, the driveway must remain open at all times. This helps everyone enter and exit without obstruction and maintains a safe and organized environment.

Parking is only permitted in the designated spots located in the rear yard. Each unit has specific parking spaces assigned to it. Guests must park only in the spaces assigned to the unit they are renting.

Parking in another unit’s assigned space is not allowed and will be considered a violation.

Parking in the driveway or in any non-designated or unauthorized space is strictly prohibited. The driveway may only be used briefly for loading or unloading luggage or supplies.

A $75 violation fee will be charged for each occurrence of a vehicle parked in the driveway or in a non-designated or unauthorized spot.

Parking Alternatives
• Guests may park on the street if additional space is needed
• If both designated spots for your unit are occupied, you may contact us to check whether the other unit’s spaces are available for temporary use, depending on occupancy

Please ensure that all guests and visitors follow these parking rules to avoid inconvenience or additional charges.

Outdoor Camera Rules
For the safety of all guests and the property, outdoor security cameras are installed and actively recording in designated exterior areas. These cameras are used strictly for security and safety purposes only.

Tampering with, covering, disabling, or obstructing any security camera is strictly prohibited.

Any evidence of tampering will result in a $150 fine and may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund.

Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age required to book this property is 25 years old. Only guests who meet this age requirement may make a reservation.

PARKING RULES -
Please note that the driveway has parking space for only 2 cars. Kindly refrain from parking on the grass or curb to prevent any parking violations.

Keep in mind that any fines incurred for violations will be shouldered by the guests.

If additional parking is required, a larger lot is available near the tennis court at the front of the complex. Thank you for your cooperation.
