La limpieza es terrible en las habitsciones. Se nota que no han sacudido en meses ya que las sillas y la mesa tienen una capa de polvo, además los baños estan llenos de cabellos. Las alfombras de los pasillos se ven super viejas y desgastadas

The hotel is clean. The staff was nice and helpful and could help with the translation of the paperwork where I was struggling.

Lo mejorcito en la zona. Buen desayunito.

Location is good for business but there are not food options around .. is very frequently they have WiFi troubles and no internet access. The technical support takes one day to fix it. If you are in a hurry better use your own data package .

We had some little problems to access internet. It showed intermittence in the operation and eventually we could not connect in the first attempt.

They miss the details.
They have a reception at night, but they don't refill anything. So if you show up a little late, everything's gone. they didn't have sugar for the coffee one morning, and I informed them. Next morning still no sugar. the wireless internet kept cutting in and out, not good when you're traveling for business.

Las camas muy pero muy duras y en las habitaciones de la PB desde las 5 am aprox el personal haciendo muchísimo ruido que no te permite dormir, es un hotel accesible que debería no tener esos errores

Reservamos una habitación con cama Queen size y nos dieron una cama matrimonial, nos dijeron que solo las habitaciones sencillas tienen tamaño Queen size, lo cual me parece una tontería, no resolvió nada la persona que entrega la habitación.

El personal brinda un excelente servicio, todos son amables y atentos. El edificio tiene algunos descuidos, ejemplo pasillos rumbo a habitaciones con alfombra maltratada, nada grave pero se ve descuido, por lo demás está muy bien por el precio.
