The cottage was clean and quaintly decorated and yes, the floors definitely slope throughout due to foundation settling. We were there to ride our motorcycle so didn't spend most of the day at the cottage. Bed was very comfy, but please spend some money on fixing the shower/tub appearance. A little TLC would go a long way in the bathroom. The shower walls are swollen from moisture build up behind the masonite and the caulking looked old around base so wouldn't look clean. The bath mat left in the tub had black spots all over it so we didn't bother to use it. Scoured the tub as best I could although it seemed etched into the floor of the tub. The gas grill was in terrible shape and unusable, totally rusted out interior. Hopefully this will be replaced or removed from the listing. 3 stars because we did enjoy sitting on the porch swing watching the hummingbirds play in the morning with coffee or late afternoon with cocktails and we slept well while there after riding for 6-7 hours a day.
