Newly renovated three bedroom, two bath residence in Athens, GA. Located in very manicured and safe neighborhood off the Athens loop (10). Master bedroom is very spacious with private shower and tub . Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom in hallway. Front living area shares a dining room which seats six. There is an open kitchen to the Great Room. Additional dining in kitchen seats four. Television (53 in.) located in great room. Local cable and wireless internet provided. Additional air mattress available to setup in either living area to accommodate more guests. This property is located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Athens, Georgia football stadium and four local breweries ( Akademia, Creature Comforts, Terrapin ,and Southern Brewery Company). Convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and University 16 theater, approximately three minutes away.
