Would Not RecommendI rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this apartment was deeply unsatisfactory. The most troubling issue was that a member of staff entered the apartment while we were staying there. When I confronted him directly, he apologised, but when I reported the incident to the office, they insisted that they had only notified us (via email during our stay) that someone would be accessing the exterior of the property — not the interior. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no proper apology or acknowledgement of the seriousness of the situation.Unfortunately, the rest of the stay only reinforced our disappointment. The apartment was poorly cleaned on arrival: cups and plates were dirty, the sponges provided were already used and grimy, and despite staying for five days, we were given only a single washing machine capsule. On top of that, none of the usual basic essentials were provided… no salt, pepper, oil, or basic cooking condiments, and not even simple necessities like toilet tissue or kitchen paper. For a stay of this length, these omissions were both inconvenient and unexpected.The property itself felt tired, worn, and in need of proper maintenance. Overall, the experience suggested that the management company is far more focused on maximising returns than delivering a reasonable guest
