Renovated, new furniture on the 1st floor, located in a central and convenient location with many restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, shops. The area is very safe, with a high urban index, ideal accommodation for up to 7 people!
The spacious first floor apartment has air conditioners in every room, 1st floor with perimeter balcony in a square with a church. It has no elevator. It has new appliances and furniture and is in a family apartment building with only 3 apartments. Many taverns at a distance of 100 meters, supermarket across the street until 23:00, and a high area safety index.
