This luxury apartment is centrally located just a couple of kilometres from the main attraction of Athens, the magnificent Acropolis. This newly-renovated apartment has an abundance of light and is well proportioned with over 60 square metres total space including 2 bedrooms of just under 24 square metres each. The apartment has been designed to reflect the style of experience you might expect in a hotel or resort. The closest train station is AG NIKOLAOU and is 450 metres away.
Facilities include; dishwasher, washing machine and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove top and a range of appliances.
The bathroom features a large open shower with great water pressure, solar heating and abundant large fluffy towels which are changed daily. Amenities such as hand soap is included.
All hot water in the apartment comes from solar panels, which we have fitted with the goal of being as environmentally friendly as possible in mind. In caring for the environment we encourage all guests to use a towel a day.
All our appliances are of the highest energy efficiency as well.
The bedroom features high quality bed sheets and a premium mattress, their is options of which pillow you would like from soft to hard, just as you would expect in a hotel.
The apartment has excellent insulation and as such remains cool in summer and warm in winter. If needed two powerful energy efficient air-conditioning units are fitted.
