"The room was clean. The complimentary coffee and tea bar that's open 24/7 was TOP NOTCH. The shuttle service was TOP NOTCH (We were glad for this service). Also we parked our car at the hotel for a fee, and felt that the area was a safe place for our vehicle to be parked. Our room was on the ground level and was near to an exit door; and this was really noisy. We might have been okay if our room had been up a floor and not near an exit door."

"Great place to stay for a weekend with our BC student. Downstairs area is very spacious, house had everything we could need for a great stay. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, thoughtful details. Communication with owner was great (we locked ourselves out by accident & they were very gracious!). Location is good & street is very quiet. Will definitely return!"

"This is a small town Ramada, and surprisingly ok! Located directly off the highway, close to KC airport, and within walking distance of grocery store, convenience gas station and multiple fast foods. Staff was helpful. No complaints there. Rooms and overall property show small signs of wear such as missing numbers on room plaques and worn upholstery in lobby and room. We booked a king room with jacuzzi , and it was very spacious! Looked as if it had been remodeled and upgraded. There was mini fridge and microwave also. The jacuzzi was perfectly what we needed after long travel day. Best part was the bed-it was to us, one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on! Our 3 stars comes from the breakfast. It offered the basics of cereal milk and juice, fruit and had waffle maker. Hot bar was simple with biscuits and gravy. It was obviously very popular as it was crowded. Only a few tables to accommodate the guests and it was cramped and tight to move around. However, we simply waited patiently and then ate in the lobby area. Not a big deal and definitely not a deal breaker. In fact we booked a second night :)"

"The home was very welcoming. Clean, spacious area with a great view of the River. Outside deck was on the east and south that we used until the cool winds kicked up. Wished we had tried the lower level outdoor sitting area but didn’t realize it was there til later.Kitchen had a variety of dishes and utensils for us to cook and serve. Coffee and spices were nice! Beds were cozy. Pillows were ok. But I have a hard time finding one I like, so I had no complaints and could make them work.Bathroom was well stocked and nice soft towels.We had brought our own drinks, but there was a nice wine opener. Few wine glasses and ICE. I love it when there is ice so we don’t have to bring it in.We really enjoyed staying here. Relaxing but also had tv, few games when together but enough area to have our own space when wanted. I do recommend to make sure the vehicle you drive in isn’t real low. The drive way is very hilly with some bumpy areas. My low riding car made it but I was very carefully. I’d come back!"
