Room was clean, EXCEPT for the toenail clippings in the carpet at the end of the bed. We informed them of this. They apologized, and said they would take care of it. They cleaned the room EXCEPT THEY DID NOT VACUUM. Day 2 toenails still there. I complained . They were sorry,will take care of it. ...
