« Hôtel bien placé, 4 étoiles vieillissant. Mériterait une mise à niveau des standards actuels. Très bon accueil au petit déjeuner, copieux et bon. Ambiance familiale, moins impersonnelle que dans la plupart des hôtels. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec baignoire mais ça a eu l’air de les ennuyer quand nous l’avons ré précise à l’accueil. »

« Le personnel était accueillant et serviable durant l’intégralité de mon séjour. La chambre était grande et spacieuse, mais malheureusement beaucoup trop froide, je déconseille d’y séjourner durant l’automne et l’hiver car il n’y’a pas de chauffage (je l’ai fait remarquer au personnel, qui n’a pas pu faire grand chose). L’emplacement est relativement bon. Le déjeuner est correct (mais un peu cher: €17 par jour..). Niveau propreté j’ai trouvé médiocre; le drap de mon lit était taché et il y’avait...

« Séjour offert pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint du 25 au 28 septembre. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude du jeudi au samedi matin alors que nous l'avons signalé deux fois, l'eau était glacée ! En dédommagement nous avons eu le petit déjeuner le dimanche matin soit 10€ offert par personne ce qui n'est rien par rapport à la problématique de cet inconfort que nous avons eu durant le séjour. 148€ la nuit hors taxe et aucun geste concernant le dédommagement alors que nous avons compris le contraire...

« Warmly welcomed upon check-in and was grateful for the courtesy dental kit after discovering I’d forgotten my toothpaste. Very small rooms and not enough hooks to hang towels. Didn’t love how housekeeping moved my things to put the replacement towels on the sink when they could have been placed elsewhere. Slept horribly because the room was so stuffy and the airco wouldn’t properly turn on and stay on, and the noise from the train station across the street made it impossible to just leave the...

« Établissement agréable, propre, confortable. Quartier sans intérêt mais à 10 min du métro (compter 20 min pour rejoindre le centre). Chambres spacieuses. Pas de mini bar. Personnel accueillant mais sans plus. Pas de bonjour lors des passages à l’accueil. Ont oublié de me restituer ma CNI au check in, l’ont rangée dans un tiroir puis n’ont pas pris soin de m’appeler pour me prévenir. Très moyen. »

"une tache pégueuse sur la table de chevet n'a jamais été enlevée de notre séjour, Des amis avaient une chambre dans un autre étage ils avaient une Nespresso, nous non. des travaux de façade ont été effectués avec un échafaudage devant notre fenêtre avec des ouvriers qui passaient devant. enfin les ouvriers ont collé un film plastique sur la fenêtre se qui fait que nous n'avons pu ouvrir la fenêtre que le premier jour. Nous ont ils fait payer le fait que nous sommes passés par hotels.com au lieu du direct comme nos amis?"

Also the shower leaked onto the floor and soaked the floor mat. Had to carefully calibrate the water pressure to avoid flooding the room a third time. Also while I was asleep a wall hanging crashed onto my bedside table, which was incredibly disruptive. "
