Very clean accommodation, the rooms smaller than I expected. This place is more suited to people who like to unwind in a slow paced environment. We are literally the only people staying here, I think they should make it clear that there are no on site restaurant or bar services. There is a kitchen area and a fridge with a selection of wines and beers but that’s all.

Here we prepare only rich continental and English breakfasts; it is obviously difficult to find information regarding services such as restaurants and bars precisely because they are not services that we carry out in the structure so it does not seem correct to insert them without offering them. Our hosts were wonderful and the accommodations were fantastic. You can feel the effort that they have put into a very personal family B&B experience. We definitely recommend this gem just outside the beautiful town of Assisi.

The hotel owners are AMAZING (sweet, welcoming, give great advice on what to do whilst in Assisi). When I will go back to Assisi, I will only stay at this place. I strongly recommend this place. Thanks for your hospitality

il posto è indubbiamente molto bello le stanze sono veramente belle in alcuni casi poco funzionali però indubbiamente il posto vale l'unica cosa la colazione manca completamente la parte salata tantissimi dolci buoni buoni però io aumenterei la quantità di cibo salato .

Bellissima struttura a due passi da Assisi. Un piccolo eden in tutti i sensi: stanze silenziose e comode immerse nel verde del giardino curato nei minimi dettagli! Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio adiacente alla struttura. Posizione ottima per raggiungere Assisi e dintorni. Ottima ed abbondante anche la colazione. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili a fornirti tutte le informazioni necessarie per visitare Assisi e dintorni. Ci torneremo sicuramente alla prossima occasione!

Grosse Räume, erstes Hotel/B&B was kostenfrei Netflix ermöglicht, Empfehlungen für Restaurants waren sehr gut. Man sollte vllt. Nich ein Grundriss mut beifügen der Anlage welches Zimmer sich wo befindet. Da man dann noch besser sein awunschzimmer bekommt.

Un buon posto da prendere come "casa base" e dal quale partire alla scoperta delle vicine Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Perugia. Struttura familiare e accogliente. Un bellissimo giardino e il personale sempre cortese e disponibile

Un posto meraviglioso, dove sentirsi a casa... le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli con un terrazzino d’entrata molto grazioso, la piscina è grande con lettini e ombrelloni, idromassaggio, sauna, non manca nulla;la colazione è fresca, varia e buona... Moira è premurosa e gentile, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.. Assolutamente super consigliato... noi torneremo di sicuro 😉

Een juweeltje om rustig te vertoeven en toch in de nabijheid van verscheidene dorpjes en het centrum van Assisi. De accommodatie is veel meer dan je van een B&B mag verwachten. Alsook was de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar en zijn gezin top! Een aanrader!!

Spettacolare punto di pace e spirituale
Spettacolare soggiorno nel BB ...molto ben gestito dai titolari e dalle strutture messe a disposizione della clientela... vicinissimo ad ASSISI città di San Francesco e Chiara entrambi Santi e fonte di spiritualità... Si ha la facoltà di rivivere i luoghi e i conventi dove hanno vissuto gli entrambi Santi...il B&B è ben attrezzato ... con ampia piscina e giardino....con piante secolari di ulivo ... piccolo ciclo benessere con vasca idromassaggio riscaldata ...e varie soluzioni per il pernottamento.... in dependance e appartamenti... sempre ben gestita dai proprietari gentili e disponibili...il tutto è solo da provare...un abbraccio...Taaaccc Vincenzo

Ottimo soggiorno
Abbiamo soggiornato presso il “Giardino degli angeli” tra Natale e Capodanno. Ottima struttura, camera e bagno sono ampi e comodi. La pulizia è quotidiana e molto attenta. All’esterno c’è un ampio giardino molto curato con piscina e idromassaggio. La colazione è eccezionale con una vasta scelta di dolce e salato con prodotti locali freschissimi e di ottima qualitá. Speciali le bruschette con l’olio nuovo! I proprietari, Moira e Lucio, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni per muoverci sul territorio, con consigli sui luoghi da visitare e ristoranti da provare. Sono due persone che è stato un piacere conoscere e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente speciale! Mteresa e Luigi Labbate

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura 2 notti. location molto comoda per visitare la zona e soprattutto bellissima struttura, molto curata nei particolari e gentilissimi i proprietari, Lucio e Moira, nel fornire indicazioni per visitare i dintorni e attenti ad ogni richiesta. Ottimo.

Recomendo!
Fomos muito bem recepcionados. A familia que administra o hotel/pousada faz o possível para te atender muito bem. Nos deram ótimas dicas da cidade, restaurantes, locais para visitar, estacionamento para deixar o carro proximo ao centro histórico. Deixam o salão de cafe da manha aberto 24h por dia para vc poder ficar a vontade e se servir de agua, cha, cafe ou suco. Ha uma piscina aquecida e uma jacuzzi externa para os hospedes. o local e muito aconchegante. A rua e tranquila, segura e fácil de estacionar o carro. Eles emprestam tb bicicletas para passeios ate o centro histórico. Gostei de ficar naquela região pois e fácil acesso ao centro histórico de Assisi de carro (não recomendo outro meio de transporte) e fácil acesso a outros pontos turísticos importantes. Cafe da manha simples.

Gentilezza e accoglienza
Un posto bellissimo anche se non proprio in aperta campagna ma Lucio ha saputo spenderlo un giardino pieno di piante e energia positiva. Straconsigliato. A parte l’accoglienza che è stata top, ci ha offerto ottima birra e affettati come due pellegrini in sosta. Solo un po’ difficile da trovare perché non è stato aggiornata la posizione su Google.

La détente absolue...
Superbe endroit. Chaque chambre a sa petite terrasse. Très propre et confortable. Un jardin magnifique avec des arbres (beaucoup d'Oliviers) taillés en bonsaï. Très belle piscine. Très belles installations de spa. Petit déj extra avec une Patronne aux petits soins. Une adresse à retenir.
