"The property was in a great location. Steps from the beach and a block away from hooks amusement park and a short drive to the boardwalk. The room was outdated and small but it did have a microwave and mini fridge. I was disappointed in the breakfast. I chose this hotel because breakfast was included. The selection was minimal. They offered plain bagels, oranges, 2 cereal options, muffin and a yogurt option, there was also a waffle machine. The ice machine was located conveniently by the entrance. All in all the property was clean and the staff were kind and welcoming . You are basically paying for location."
