Whether you’re grilling on your private deck with Aspen Mountain as your backdrop or cozying up by the gas fireplace, this condo is the perfect high-altitude sanctuary.

Great and beautiful apartment just steps away from all the shops and restaurants in Aspen.

We loved our stay at this apartment. The location is perfect. Really close to everything in the area. The apartment is very comfortable, with a great layout for a family of 6. It is beautifully kept and maintained, clean, pretty and cozy. We hope to be back next summer!

Great location

We always prefer to be along the Roaring Fork. The other building in the complex has that (we've stayed there too) but this unit looks toward the mountain. Unit had all we needed. Brian is an excellent host.

Very nice, very clean, very well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay here. Brian was great and very responsive. Large, attractive and comfortable living area and kitchen. Easy walk to town and market and the free bus is very convenient. Appreciated the 3x/wk housekeeping. Downside: It's a 3rd floor walkup and 5 blocks from gondola, not 3. Outside of living area, it's very tight and there is almost no free closet space outside of the bedrooms.

Home away from home!

We’ve stayed in Aspen several times. This was our first time here and we loved it! By far the best place we’ve rented for spring skiing. Close walk to everything, spacious and well stocked condo, parking right outside the unit, two separate entrances make it awesome when returning from skiing and avoiding the cluster of shoes at the entrance. Balcony for grilling (it was too cold this time so we didn’t ) Brian was easy to communicate with & the housekeeper is fabulous. Need more? Check it out yourself!

Nice place to stay in Aspen

The place was very comfortable, well appointed and spacious enough for a group of adults. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked and the living and dining areas had plenty of room for our group. Nice toiletries which was a nice touch that I appreciated. We especially appreciated the location, conveniently located a short walk (5 min or so) from the gondola and about 10 minutes from the bus station and most of the restaurants, shops etc. We did run in to a few issues that shouldn't have been the case but Brian was very responsive and communicative and ultimately resolved the issues. The pool/tub area was great to have after a day of skiing and never got too crowded to enjoy, as there are 2 hot tubs and fairly large. I would note that the unit is up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator so it may not be ideal for some but it was no problem for us. Check in/out was super easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The condominium was perfect for our family of 6! It was a warm and inviting condominium. The kitchen was well appointed. We stay in many places in Aspen, and I would put this one at the top of my list!

Cozy and excellent location!

The unit w as exactly as described and just what we needed. Perfect location just two blocks from the grocery store and four from the silver queen gondola we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Plenty of room for six and fully featured kitchen. Heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna were great to come home to after a day in the slopes. We would absolutely stay here again and you will too!

Lovely, well appointed, and nicely located.

My friends and I had a perfect ski weekend here. Lots of space for a group of three with everything we needed to cook, eat, and chill out. Great location a bit off the main drag but quick walk to restaurants and the Belly Up. The daily freshen up was awesome and Brian was an excellent host.
