It has a full kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area for six, a gas burning fireplace, TVs in the bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and off-street parking. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins (king), and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Chateau Aspen is in the center of the downtown core and just one block from the Aspen Mountain gondola, and Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing are all right outside the door. The building's common courtyard has a gas grill and fire pit and offers a nice place to gather outside. Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have AC. We provide cooling units and fans, and Colorado's cool summer nights allow the home to cool down naturally in the evenings. The only downsides are that the unit’s living and dining areas are rather dark and there is no private outdoor space. However, these downsides certainly wouldn’t keep us from recommending the unit. Sep 7, 2018 #### Great place to stay - centrally located - perfect for two couples or a family of four. This is a very well-managed condominium. Clean, bright, and roomy. It has all of the amenities of home. You can't beat the location - across the street from the Central Market and easy walking distance to all of the attractions in Aspen. ##### Robert L.
