We're so happy you enjoyed your stay! Omar's is the place to go for steak but, should you decide to bbq your own, we now have a communal grill in our patio area as well as a large pergola for outdoor dining!

Dear Guest,The Palm offers a variety of rooms from economical to family size, up to six people. The room chosen, by your online reservation, was one of our more economical ones. Eleven of our 16 rooms to offer mini fridges as well as microwaves, and larger coffee set ups. Some even come with a full stove and oven!Additional amenities are always available to our guests by contacting our front desk staff. Thank you for bringing the cleanliness issue to our attention. The room you chose is our most economical with the smallest square footage. Our rooms vary in style, sizes and amenities. Two of our rooms have vaulted ceilings with skylights while others have kitchenettes. We're happy you enjoyed our outdoor grounds and pool area. Soon to come will be our outdoor kitchen area!

We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. The bathroom fans sense humidity and turn on to remove the damp air. Staff unplugged your fan as the sound bothered you when the fan automatically came on. The neatest coffeeshop is 1.1 blocks away.
