Decent motel. The room was clean, quiet, right on Siskiyou Blvd. Close to Safeway. There are great restaurants downtown which is not too far away. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again. (TV is meh, but most motel tv's selection is not that great.) Oh, the breakfast room was great! Nice selection of cereal or waffles and fruit and loved the coffee machine, best expresso coffee I've ever had in a motel.

There was a strange noise that sounded like an engine starting and stopping all night long. Run for about 5 minute, the shut off for 15. Again, all night long. I will not use this hotel again.

It was a big surprise to walk into my room and see a clean neat spacious and pleasant space. I hadn't seen such a room even in much more expensive motels. I didn't ask for services but at check-in the employee couldn't have been more cordial. I'll certainly stay here again and recommend it to anybody who asks.

Overall the experience was great! What I didn’t enjoy though was noticing a blood stain on a clean towel after taking a shower. Not too sure if this was intended to happen but it wasn’t pleasant.

Lovely hotel near Southern Oregon Univ in darling Ashland, OR. The property is on the Main Street through town, but it is at the quieter end. The rooms have all of the comforts you need for a nice stay—comfy beds, functioning appliances, spacious room. There’s a breakfast and a pool for warmer months. The hosts are welcoming.

It is an older place but very clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a coffee shop you can walk to as well as a great Mexican restaurant. we've stayed there many times and will return. The price is awesome.

We had our dog with us and it was the first time staying with our bull mastiff in an hotel. I thought it was going to cost a fortune for her but it wasn’t. Then I didn’t know what to expect with the room, but it was clean and close to the doggie area. Will definitely stay there again with or without the pup.

The customer service was responsive, kind and accommodating. There were hairs in the sink and tub. The box fan and air system were caked in dirt and debris. I would recommend on price and service but not if you're a wuss about cleanliness.

Clean comfortable quiet room. Very friendly folks in the office. The Mexican restaurant out front, on their recommendation, was really good. Real coffee, rather than Nescafe, would be a welcome upgrade.

Nice clean quiet room, easy parking, quick friendly check in. Nice to have 2 working spaces (desks), fridge, micro, and Keurig. Room was a bit small, and toilet a bit cramped. Priced a bit higher than we're used to but perhaps because it was in town rather than the outskirts. No window on the entry side, just one on the back side...never seen that layout before.
