Walking around the city of Asheville is always fun and this property is in a great spot for that. The place was new but not exactly a warm property but that could be overlooked. Unfortunately we requested to check in an hour early when we booked and when we finally got an answer it was an hour after the normal booking time. The roof top lounge area was a let down as were the guest bedrooms but the primary was beautiful and spacious as advertised. The gas station next door is not a public station rather it’s a city facility and city trucks and assorted automobiles come and go all day and night! ##### Michael S. We were in two cars, but only one was fitting in the garage. The temperature was very hard to regulate between the floors in the bedrooms, so no one slept very well. There are a few doors that would benefit from a healthy spray of WD-40 (main floor bathroom). Noise travels easily through the unit. We put the blow up mattress to use because two teenage boys could not fit in the same bed. The elevator proved to be very helpful with a sprained ankle the night before we arrived! The location was very central, but did not have a "neighborhood" feel. It would have been nice if we could have used the fire table on the roof but I guess it wasn't connected. Downstairs bedroom had a an issue with the shower leaking but management handled quickly.
