The heating unit had a clogged air filter and as a result the unit would trip on overload, about three times the first night. I had to get up and reset the tripped breaker. I told the management about this along with a very loud metallic banging noise coming from behind the vanity area wall. The result. I was told the noise was the mini refer (on the other side of the room) and the heater was most likely a loose plug (display panel was flashing clean filter). Next night..... heater still didn't properly work, the banging was still happening and someone decided to do burn outs about midnight in the gravel parking area.

I stay at this property when I am doing work assignments and it is quiet and safe. I've found the staff to be helpful, quick and courteous and the rooms are always clean. They go above and beyond to make check in easy and the stay enjoyable. I recommend this location to coworkers all the time.

The bed had a comfortable mattress however the base had some issues with springs. Any movement while sleeping caused noise.

I’ve stayed at this motel several times over the past two years because I feel safe and it’s been quiet. On this trip however the bed was loud (as if the headboard wasn’t attached to the mattress’ platform foundation), the mattress was annoyingly squeaky, a light outside our room shined directly into our eyes all night, our toilet had dead bugs in it (like gnats) when we arrived and the bathroom fan was hanging open from the ceiling, the room reeked of cigarettes and the neighbors were loud. It was very disappointing stay but we plan on trying there again because our overall experience has been great! Usually it is clean and quiet just not this trip. The motel is at a great spot with boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants in a walkable distance. It is located only 30 minutes from the Asheville airport.

I stay there quite often and have always found it to be safe, convenient to things in the area, and the staff really friendly and courteous and helpful. My room is always very clean and I just feel safe and comfortable staying there so it is my property of choice when I'm traveling in the area is to stay there.

The beds are extremely hard! The coffee pot in the lobby is out of order. The cable tv left something to be desired. There were so many leaves that the room was covered after a few times of opening the door. I doubt I'll stay here again.

We brought our dog to stay with us for a couple nights and felt very comfortable having her there. Plenty of grass nearby to take her out and the hardwood floors were great as well.

Hole in bathroom wall, spot painting on walls, no table or chairs although a light for them. The place was noisy all night and the black out shades let in so much light, the whole room was illuminated all night. When I asked the front counter for a receipt at checkout, request was declined and stated since I booked with a third party site, they could give me the receipt. A very high rate for a terrible hotel.

This hotel saved me on a drive from Indiana to South Carolina. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help. Def recommend this for a stay

I liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. The only thing I didn’t like is I requested a first floor room but they couldn’t accommodate my request. I have great difficulty on stairs because of my disability. For Expedia they could have gotten me a better rate. It would have saved me half of the charges that they got for me. I researched it and discovered it after I had checked out.

No freezer in fridge in room. On 3rd day, turned in used hand towels & wash cloths & 2 bath towels and was only given two bath towels but no clean washcloths or hand towels. Coffee maker in Office made very watery coffee first morning. Couldn’t drink it. TV had no sound on TBN station. Otherwise, no issues. Breakfast selection very sparse.
