It was very convenient for the Harrahs Convention center. The bar/rest area was nice. The room is outdated but was clean. The air unit had a loud humming noise all night. However for the money that we paid it was a good choice.

Will definitely stay here again when we come back for another concert at the Harrah’s center. Very convenient location and lovely staff. The pillows could be more firm (my hand fell completely asleep from using it as support) but that’s my only complaint.

This hotel was a great value. Right on the edge of downtown, free onsite parking, and a great breakfast buffet (we snatched a few extra scones to take on our hike). No complaints about the room or anything else.

This is an older hotel but the location is great for walking to town. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very dated and worn, toilet water coming on periodically from flapper leaking, elevator miter humming though the building every time it was used, pop corn ceilings, desperately in need of renovation.

Nice hotel convenient to downtown shops and galleries. Close to Biltmore and River Arts district. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Restaurant on premises was excellent as so nice to have after a long day of walking.

my room was on highway aside. the traffic was loud! the walls are thin. the tv in the next room could be heard loudly in my room. the staff was amazing!

The location has been the deciding factor for both of my stays there. Easy access to major roads, a large free parking lot and simply cross one street and you begin your walking tour of Asheville’s historic downtown area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A 5th star would be achieved if they included a nice breakfast Buffett .

The staff were very helpful and kind. I do think the pics online are a little misleading as we expected it to be a bit fancier but other than being a little dated it was a nice hotel and very clean. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted. Nothing was more than a 15-20 min walk. I’d recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Didn't like the homeless guy asking for a cigarette appreciated my vehicle parked right at the entrance. The hotel and restaurant need an update with the prices being asked. Friendly staff was the best part.

We had a room on the 3rd floor that looked straight onto a roof. I felt like I was in a basement apartment in college. The decor, furniture, and lighting are outdated. The bathroom is tiny. On the plus side: easy parking, dining option - the Chop House and Bar is good, it is really close to downtown (2-3 blocks) with lots of restaurants, breweries, and retail, etc. The BEST thing about this place is its people. They are so kind and accommodating. Everyone had a smile on their faces. It’s not the Ritz, but overall it was a nice four night stay.

We stayed on ground level in a handicap room that had apparently recently been update by changing to a wider door. We had no safety latch and the deadbolt did not line up to work. We could not change rooms as they were booked and no one bothered to come look at the door after we brought up our concern.

Four Points by Sheraton Asheville NC
I created a problem for myself using a wrong start date for my one night reservation using Hotels.com. Since the reservation was not allowed to be cancelled or changed, I panicked. I called the hotel and received the most wonderful service. They accepted my reservation for the day I needed. Front desk service lady was the very helpful and gracious. Hotels.com customer service responded to my change request and connected with the hotel.

A Bargain, but could use some TLC
This Four Points is...fine. Staff are good and friendly. Parking didn't cost a fee, and it's walkable in Downtown Asheville. No, it's not the most up-to-date, but the price ir right.

It’s an older hotel, so if you’re a light sleeper, you will hear doors closing on from the floors above you, below you and definitely on your floor. If you are on the highway side, you will hear the cars driving. Breakfast wasn’t even included for $303 /night.
