9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (1,012 reviews)
"Great check in staff, English speaking. The free onsen was great. Clean and quiet rooms. Hotel Villa Fontaine have 2 different side, one is Premier, and the other is the grand. We stay at the Premier side, more expensive but much more enjoyable, with less people. The grand side had cheaper rooms, but had a lot of people when we passed by. I recommend the Premium side of this hotel."
