Stay in a cozy cottage in the heart of Berry, a stone's throw from Châteauroux and just 20 minutes from iconic sites: George Sand's House in Nohant, the majestic medieval castle of Sarzay, the charming Argenton-sur-Creuse, nicknamed the Green Venice of Berry, as well as Gargilesse-Dampierre and Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France.  
  
After your cultural and nature getaways, take full advantage of the on-site leisure activities: friendly games of badminton or pétanque, and don't forget the swing set for the little ones. Located right next to an 18th-century castle with views of the green countryside, this detached house features on the ground floor: entrance hall, hallway, shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room, and 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm) with its own bathroom and toilet.  
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (7 single beds) and 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm and a baby bed) - bathroom - WC  
  
Bed linens, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.  
  
Regarding bed linen, cleaning is carried out by a laundry company that ensures high standards of hygiene. You will find it at the foot of each bed because we do not provide hand-washing services.  
  
Bathroom linens are available for rent for €7/person.

Enclosed garden bordered by a river and south-facing terrace.  
Private parking.  
  
For teleworking, you can use: office space in 3 bedrooms, an Orange fiber optic box.  
  
We do not accept pets due to allergies, and we have wild animals.

From Châteauroux > direction Aigurande (D990) > after Le Poinçonnet in the forest at the 2nd roundabout > take the direction of Arthon > in the village of Arthon > turn left in the direction of Buxières d'Aillac (D42) > the exit of the village to make 800m> to take white way on the right. the cottage is at the end of the driveway next to the castle.  
End of stay cleaning is included.
