"AC unit messed up. Stayed at 61 degrees on matter what could not adjust to make it go up. Froze in our room. Eventually had to unplug it. Bathroom tub was peeling so in order to take a bath you had to put down a towel and sit on it."

"We booked this home to stay in Artesia while we visited with family. The house is very clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The area is located in the middle of an orchard and the mornings and evenings are very relaxing and peaceful sitting in the screened in porch. Very satisfied with everything available at this home.
