The Country Inn of Berkeley Springs

"Room was nice and people were friendly. The restaurant and bar on site was wonderful. Our room was in the back building and it was raining so we needed to unload in the rain with no canopy. We were on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. Unfortunately, there was a water main that went to our area of the hotel that had an issue, and in the morning, we had no water. The main building did have water. We were given a $23 refund for the inconvenience. (No shower in the morning and the inability to flush the toilet). This is refected in my review because from reading reviews for restaurants online, I learned that the hotel may have known there was a possibility we would have no water and did not forewarn us. Otherwise, they may have gotten 5 stars."
