Truly a horrible experience! Hotel was under construction upon arrival, strong smell of natural gas on the first floor. I later left the hotel to get food only to find for alarms going off on the first floor and everyone evacuated; I had no idea. We could not go back into the hotel for several hours while fire/police evaluated the situation, only to be told everything was fine. Everything was not, in fact, fine because no one had hot water in the morning. No coffee or hot food at breakfast. Was promised a 25% refund (which let's be real, I should not have paid at all for this) only to later be charged full price. To top it all off the end of the hall I was staying in was an OPEN CONSTRUCTION SITE and the whole place was full of bugs because of it. DO NOT STAY HERE
