The stairs are something to consider for older adults and small children, there are a lot of them. The owners were great and responsive. This place was great - right in between the resort and the town (about a 15 minute drive to each). The only problem we encountered was with the internet. It went out a couple of times and it wouldn't have mattered as much but there is not any cell service so we were using the wifi for phone calls.The space was great, big enough for my husband and I and the kids to sleep on the second floor and my parents to come join us and sleep on the 3rd floor. ##### Kylar A. We found that we had all we needed to be comfortable here. We enjoyed expansive views from 2 of the balconies. My bedroom was top floor which was a few flights of stairs up. I found it helpful that my room had a mini kitchen set up. In mornings Also there was a refrigerator. I made coffee and enjoyed in peace overlooking hills and distant mountains. We cooked a meal or two and dined on the balcony and also for happy hours. I liked being out in the country rather in the center of town. Our location was off the road which leads up to the Taos ski valley. The drive wasn’t too far from town. The Areiyo Seco area has a few awesome restaurants so if we chose to we could stay i. the neighborhood and have a nice lunch or dinner out. Every floor, all 3 had its own full size bathroom. Convenient to each floor. The stairs are something to contend with if someone has trouble with that set up. As for us, we managed just fine. The area was fairly quiet overall.
