Located only 3 miles to downtown Arroyo Grande village, 6 miles to Pismo Beach, 8 miles to the San Luis Obispo airport, 10 miles to downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Enjoy tangerines, oranges and avocados (in-season) straight from the tree! Convenient proximity to countless wineries, hiking, biking, beaches. ***House does not include garage or separate apartment above garage. Owner may occupy apartment. The home is extremely private. No pets.
