do not understand all the positive reviews. We reserved a suite with a king bed and were first taken to a room with two queen beds, which is not what we booked. The toilet in that room would not flush, so we went back to check in and asked for a second room. The air conditioner in the second room was so loud we would never have been able to sleep. We were then moved to a third room. The TV did not work, and the replacement remote they gave us was not for that specific TV so I could not watch my program. The plug for the hair dryer did not work either. After a long day of travel, this was a nightmare.
