The staff was nice & the room was clean but unfortunately we skipped breakfast & we went to a cafe close by. There was nothing hot, they served coffee & yogurt cups. The building is close to interstate 8 & it woke us several times, neither of us had a good night sleep. We won’t go back there.
The staff were friendly and location was nice.
Room was really clean, though there was a pair of someone’s socks left in the closet area, which meant that area wasn’t cleaned or they would have noticed and removed them.
Happened to stay in the same room a second time and the socks were still there. Which means they don’t clean or wipe down the closet section.
So many things we didn’t like. Room was good size and clean but didn’t offer much else. Very few guests the first night but had someone in heavy boots tromping just above us (it’s a 4 story hotel - why not space guests out a bit?), tried calling front desk to get Wi-Fi password and no one answered, halls were dirty, breakfast was very minimal, when I asked at check-in about a designated dog area was told there wasn’t one (there is one - its n the front in a corner).

Breakfast was unsatisfactoru. Dry instant oatmeal packets, no milk, nothing hot or protein- rich to eat.
Only stay here if you 1) like very, very hard cheap beds and 2) you want to schlep any extra items you need up to your room.
When we checked in, the front desk mentioned all the things we might want in our room. We needed a hair dryer, coffee maker, and coffee accoutrements. These items do not come standard anymore. It was odd, but we grabbed an armload of stuff and headed to our room.
Next, we wanted to relax for a bit before venturing out and as soon as we laid on the bed, we were horrified. The bed was like a brick. I thought it would be ok, but I barely slept and woke up the next day with an awful backache. This is not a firm mattress - this is a cheap, hard mattress. Although the hotel is new - they went cheap with everything. To the point where you can feel the building shake when a heavily loaded semi passes on the nearby interstate.
The bed was so bad that we decided to check into another hotel. Extended Stay refused to refund me the difference between what I paid them and the new hotel I had to book ($50 difference).
I will never stay at one of their facilities again or give them another penny.

The whole hotel was out of shampoo! If they would have told us, we could have gone to the store to buy some! However, we only figured it out when we went to shower at 10 pm.
The grab and go breakfast is a muffin, mini yogurt and hard boiled egg. There was only 1 egg left so we shared it. Unacceptable.
This place! Never again. Ran out of shampoo on day 1 Room was not cleaned very well and there was something red on the lamp I’m hoping wasn’t blood. Walls are thin and you can hear the trucks and traffic on I-8. I got tired of waking up at 2 and 6 in the morning from the people above my room it sounded like they were doing construction in that room so I asked to be moved to the top floor and they said they didn’t mind as long as I moved all my stuff myself i.e. they didn’t want to help. Breakfast is a joke not even cereal or bagels or bread pre packaged hard boiled eggs and yogurt not even any juice. Unfortunately I was there a week. Also, any plates, bowls, glasses, silverware etc. Is an up charge. Lastly, the location is not walking distance to well, anything, like fast food, slow food or any sort of food whatsoever. For a new hotel, it has nothing going for it. As a hotel, it has nothing to offer.
