"ポルトに来たら何度でも使用したいと思うほど素晴らしかったです。ポルトの市街地からは少しだけ歩くのですが、宿の探しやすさ、サービスの素晴らしさが最高でした。わたしは事前チェックインの対応を忘れてしまったのですが、宿に着き連絡したらすぐチェックイン方法の連絡をくれました。おかげで、携帯も私自身ももうへとへと限界だったのですが、ギリギリ繋ぎ止めることができました。本当に感謝です。また、お風呂やトイレも毎日掃除が行き届いていて非常に綺麗でしたし、キッチンや洗濯機の完備も最高でした。コーヒーや紅茶も置いてくださってる気遣いも素敵です。女1人、初めてのヨーロッパ一人旅で大変不安でしたが、本当にリラックスして過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！もしまたポルトに来れたら、利用させてください！"

"This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open...

"Very friendly staff and decent rooms overall. Location was also quite convenient. However, there were no conditioners provided for free, they charge 1.50EUR for that; the shampoo also felt very diluted; the cleaning staff didn’t really clean in too much detail, left my towel still on the bedsheets which I intended to get rid of."

"The location is far superior to most hotels in Porto. The first room we stayed in had issues, and it felt like being in a basement. The view faced a building's side, and the AC wasn't working despite waiting. Even the cold air and room air weren't circulating. The room smelled musty. When I inspected the bed, I found a few small insects crawling. It's likely because of the closeness to the ground floor. I went to the front desk to explain and perhaps find a solution. Being respectful and understanding, the front desk attendant, Anna, was kind and helpful. Management understood and provided us with a new room, which was clean and appropriately refreshed. It's telling that the hotel had once been beautifully decorated and updated. Since then, the carpet shows wear, towels were fraying, couches were stained, and wardrobe doors didn't close properly. I didn't bother with the gym, given the equipment was rusty and didn't seem like I wanted to stay. The views were incredible compared to my first room, and I think that's what is saving the experience. My evaluation is that the hotel's location is amazing. The value is comparable to the other hotels; however, I would seek a more updated hotel if I were to stay in Porto again. Anna really helped us out, and I want to thank her for providing quality expert service."

"The Hotel was struggling with Aircon issues. Our room did not really cool despite the system roaring full blast all night. Not a great sleep. Also, not keen at all on the ‘vegetable’ toiletries! Parsley stem soap and Kale shampoo… who wants to smell like a cabbage?! Staff were as helpful as they could be within their limits. I did suggest during this heatwave, a welcome ‘jug of iced water’ on reception would be a nice welcome gesture on checking in."
