Large clean room with lounge and coffee table, modern microwave and quality tea and coffee supplies replenished each day. Parking was plentiful, modern clean bathroom, comfortable bed with extra blankets, although I couldnt get the electric blanket to work but probably operator error.

From the get go the staff member was polite, ensured we knew local eateries for dinner and breakfast, and was very helpful. Our room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was great having a kitchenette with a sink for filling the kettle and washing up. A jug for water in the fridge would have been nice. Really only one negative, water from the shower seemed to go all over the floor.

Lovely couple running this establishment. Rooms recently updated, painted and all the little bits and pieces you needed were there in the room. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Happy to help people on their overnight stay. Excellent job!

Upon arriving a little earlier than the 2pm check in time we were warmly greeted by the reception staff. I’m pretty sure it was the manager or owner who then proceeded to give me a quick run down of where to eat, grab a coffee as such. We felt very at home with the friendliness of all staff we encountered, the room was very clean, and there was ample off the street parking. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this motel to anybody travelling to Armidale as we will return if and when we travel here again.
